For our customers who already have a plan and a good idea of what they want in the way of cabinetry for their rooms, we are more than happy to price out their projects. We know and understand its not always possible to know what things cost and we're glad to help you define those numbers.
Please understand that we will not be providing plans and or elevation for these projects.
Also note:
We will not price plans that have been created by our competitors who haven't been paid a design fee for their services out of respect for their time and effort.
For those customers who value our professional advice and design skills we are always happy to create floor plans, elevations and sketches that aid in planning and design of their rooms. We do charge for those offerings and the fees are based of the size and scope of the project.
A typical hall bath might cost $600. A larger Master bath $900. A typical 150 sq ft kitchen $850. The advantage to you the customer is that you work with us to achieve a design that you like and you get to take those plans and elevations with you to review at your leisure.
As every project is different, please feel free to schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss your project.
We also offer product selection advice. Our fees for those services are billed hourly at the rate of $100/hr.
Whether working with our design build contractor, or yours, we are happy to provide construction oversight services during the building phase of your project. Our hourly fee for those services is $75/hr.
